Fish should be an essential part of our weekly diet. The American Heart Association suggests that all individuals should eat fish twice every week to maintain their heart health on par. The benefits of consuming fish regularly are next to countless, as it seems to do wonders for people suffering from arthritis, those who have a high risk of Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia, and even people who are depressed.

The oils and fatty acids that exist in some fish species are great for brain health and for maintaining your arteries clean and clog-free. Unfortunately, fish isn’t the most appealing thing to eat, and that’s mostly due to the fact that you do need a bit of imagination to make the most out of it.
