		<description>This salad looks great.  I love salads with fruit in them (like papaya :) ).  Thanks for the info about the papayas, I always wondered about that.  I actually just saw pre-shredded green papaya in the store today, which was cool - but part of the fun of making the salad is shredding it yourself, so I just bought the whole ones (cheaper, too).</description>
