Oh, these look yummy. We love pretty much anything involving coconut. I have coconut and egg replacer on hand, but need to grab some more pancake mix – my gluten-free, from-scratch pancakes never come out right.

i absolutely love this…i miss dadar gulung okhhhh, and i love that this doesn’t need grated coconut, but just the cream ^_^…somehow grated coconut makes my throat itch
