		<description>Btw, lagi din kaming nag-uulam ng ganyan, pero yung black beans ang ginagamit namin, minsan malalaking tipak ng karne na may taba ang ginagamit namin.

Kahit walang karne, masarap igisa ang beans. Sahogan ng dahon ng malunggay. Masarap ding sahugan ng bunga o dahon ng ampalaya. Basta pag ginigisa, laging may tomatoes, nakakatulong ito para mawala ang pakla ng beans. Medyu mapakla kasi ito gawa nung balat nya.</description>

		<description>Sure ka bang may soy souce yan? Baka naman patis? Kasi kung may soy souce sya, dapat medyu black ang sabaw nya. At yung karne medyu may trace sana ng soy souce.

Pls paki-correct naman, wierd kasing gamitin ang soy souce sa ibang luto maliban sa adobo at ibang luto na parang adobo.

Patis siguro ang nilagay ng lola mo.</description>

		<description>Nanay cooked for a lot of people, an important role. Your post reminded me of a hospital cook I met when I was in nursing school. He loved his job and made sure patients (and nursing students!) had plenty of good food. Unsung heroes, I'd call them.</description>
