One of my favorite locally-produced goodies from Gensan and its surroundings is the tablea from Kablon Farms. I have enjoyed many lazy breakfasts here in Gensan sipping hot chocolate from naturally processed cacao seeds. This is also an in demand pasalubong whenever I go home.

i’m not a “tsokolate” drinker but i sooo love champorado, my all-time favorite. i like my chocolate or tablea rich and dark in my champorado plus partneran ng tuyo o pritong isda…yum yum

I like my chocolate in solid and liquid forms. Kung merong gaseous state ang chocolate, gusto ko rin yun! heheh

I like my chocolate bitter and sweet.
A steaming mug of hot choco in the morning or when it is cold saves the day for me.

I like my hot cocoa with a smidgen of creamy peanut butter and freshly grated nutmeg! A true blend of east and west…sarraaap!
