New York culinary schools vs New York fashion schools?
Do you dream of going to culinary school? My mind fleets on that thought. But I am tired of schooling, having spent more years studying than earning my keep. I am almost finish with graduate school work, and frankly, the thought going to class again, even in the culinary arts, makes me dizzy. What I’m planning to do, is attend short classes in places I go to, herbs and spice class in Singapore, Thai cooking lessons in Bangkok, sushi making in Tokyo, pastas and more pastas in Tuscany. It is much like, if you want to learn Thai cooking, go to Thailand. Or one of my colleagues told me, seeing stacks of Japanese-English dictionary on my desk, just find a Japanese boyfriend! Maybe visit culinary schools in Paris, Switzerland or New York.
Speaking of New York, aside from the culinary delights, one can also check out fashion schools in New York, for those inclined in the fashion world. It is one of the world’s fashion capital so going there is a must. Probably for most, that would only be a dream, but hey, reach for the stars!
So whether it is culinary schools or fashion school New York or any other place, the choice is up to you. For me, I am still far from that decision.

Gay, this is a stunning dish.
I’ve never had sweet potato leaves, but I’m determined to get my hands on some now. Lovely.

If I won the lottery/had unlimited financial means I would go from country to country taking language immersion - cooking classes.
