Hi Gay! I’m so sorry I haven’t been over to here to see what you did for so long! I’m really sorry about your typhoon – sounds very dramatic indeed. Anyway, I’m really glad you liked the dumplings and yours look a lot more professional than mine did! I keep meaning to try them again as they were so good. i saw a friend prepared a sweet potato dumpling too years back..it was really good..its just he didn’t give me the recipe..:-) thanks for sharing the recipe
