Chicken Basil Fried Rice
This is one of my favorites in a Thai restaurant here in Los BaƱos. I didn’t realize it was so easy to make, and probably better than the one I eat. The Thai resto version is not really consistent with the taste of the dish so I’m happy that I learned this from Thai Food Tonight.

Wyatt, nope, not Ning’s. It’s Naamjai Thai before, but now Baan Thai. By the way, I’m having lunch at Ning’s, yehey!

This reminds me of the thai green chicken curry fried rice I like making every so often! Seriously, anything mixed with rice is good!
