My name is Gay. I’m a corn breeder/molecular biologist based in General Santos City, Philippines Phitsanulok, Thailand. I started A Scientist in the Kitchen way back in 2007 while I was still a PhD student and was so frustrated with my scientific writings. Hence an outlet to write something different from science. I have graduated already and now work as a breeder. I still keep cooking, though. My dog, Pasta a.k.a. Hungry Girl keeps me on my toes.
